What You'll Do

• Help customers explore life insurance and other applicable protection options based on their needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, and limitations in clear, accessible language.
• Build relationships with existing customers and prospective customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and follow up on opportunities to provide additional protection.
• Help customers understand their options in English or Spanish.
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency procedures.
• Work with the team to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Life & Health insurance license required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable discussing family and financial protection needs professionally.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated to learn.
• Previous insurance sales or State Farm agency experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $44,000–$56,000, depending on experience.
• Potential performance-based bonuses or commissions, depending on the final compensation plan.
• Retirement plan with a 3% employer match (90-day eligibility requirement).
• Up to $400 per month toward a qualified health plan, subject to plan eligibility and terms.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Compensation for part-time schedules will be adjusted based on hours worked.
• This is an in-office position at 158 S. Harvard Street, Hemet, CA 92543. This is not a remote position.
