Apartment HVAC Technician | Omaha, NE | Full-Time | On-site | Day-Shift
This role will support a small group of nearby properties, all within a tight radius, with predictable daily routes and consistent HVAC work.
PAY: $28.00 to $35.00 an hour plus up to $3,000+ in bonuses throughout the year!
BONUSES POTENTIAL: Upto $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
Some shared on-call responsibilities (bonuses and extra paid-time for emergencies)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Repair, replace and pm HVAC systems
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
The Experience We Like To See:
- HVAC repair
- HVAC troubleshooting
- EPA and HVAC certification
- Basic electrical
- Basic plumbing
- Ability to assist with general maintenance when needed
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
