• Take ownership of HVAC warranty calls from diagnosis through resolution.
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot issues with newly installed and existing HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Identify the root cause of equipment failures and installation-related issues.
• Work with installation and service teams to prevent repeat callbacks.
• Prioritize warranty calls and complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
• Recognize recurring issues and bring solutions to management.
• Follow company safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Previous residential HVAC service or installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and solve problems independently.
• A proactive mindset focused on solutions rather than excuses.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and work efficiently.
• Willingness to collaborate with other technicians and departments.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
