Part-Time Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Controller to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with financial forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

- Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.

- Implement and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Controller, Financial Manager, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Prior experience in a part-time or flexible work environment is a plus.
