About the job

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to own the strategy and execution of our workforce performance products. This role will translate product vision into action through rigorous business case development, competitive analysis, and a relentless focus on product-market fit and differentiation. This leader will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and executive leadership to deliver differentiated SaaS products that solve complex workforce and operations challenges for hospitality organizations worldwide.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining long-term product strategy and driving day-to-day execution. They are deeply customer focused, highly analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about building products that create measurable customer and business value.

Experience with workforce management, scheduling, labor optimization, or enterprise SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

What will you do?

• Partner with Product Leadership to define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company objectives.

• Own roadmap prioritization, investment decisions, and product execution for your product portfolio.

• Lead customer discovery through direct client engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics to identify market opportunities, validate product investments, and translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

• Collaborate on pricing, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio.

• Combine qualitative feedback from client surveys and quantitative feedback from product usage metrics to define new services, product enhancements, and improve the overall customer experience.

• Establish and monitor key product and business metrics to measure customer adoption, engagement, product performance, and commercial success.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance customer value.

• Support strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and key sales opportunities as a product expert and trusted advisor.

• Lead and mentor a global team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of customer obsession, ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

• Partner with Engineering to execute the product roadmap and deliver innovative features, platform capabilities, integrations, and a unified user experience.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to ensure products meet market needs, drive adoption, and support business growth.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS products, with a proven track record of delivering cloud-based products and services.

• Required experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Human Capital Management (HCM), scheduling, time and attendance, labor optimization software

• BS/MS in Computer Science and Masters in related field or equivalent experience required

• Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation, platform modernization, or large-scale product transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience with Agile product development methodologies and modern product management practices.

• Experience in partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and executive leadership to deliver business outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using customer research, product analytics, and data to guide product decisions.

• Inspires behaviour of "challenging the status quo" to transform through innovation and breaks down barriers so individuals are empowered and held accountable to do their best

• Builds high performing teams and processes to deliver products that exceed the needs of customers.

• Experience working with the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
