In this role, you'll be a critical link between our customers, dealers, sales team, and internal operations. Your responsibilities will include:

? Qualifying and routing incoming sales leads

? Analyzing dealer and customer activity to identify opportunities for growth

? Supporting sales representatives with lead follow-up and customer engagement

? Processing customer orders accurately through CRM and ERP systems

? Monitoring order status and coordinating timely delivery

? Maintaining accurate customer and sales data

? Responding to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

? Building strong relationships with customers and dealer partners

? Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, inside sales, account coordination, or a related role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
