• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance internal software applications that improve business workflows, operational efficiency, and information sharing.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs while contributing to frontend application development and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into reliable, high-quality software solutions.
• Develop, execute, and maintain unit, functional, and manual tests to ensure application performance, stability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues while continuously improving existing applications and development processes.
• Prepare technical recommendations and solution proposals, including cost estimates and implementation strategies for process improvements.
• Evaluate existing technologies and recommend enhancements, third-party tools, or custom-built solutions where appropriate.
• Partner with regional IT teams and technical leaders to support enterprise-wide software deployments and cross-functional initiatives.
• Promote software development best practices, code quality, and collaborative engineering standards across projects.

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of professional experience in object-oriented Python development, preferably using the FastAPI framework.
• 3–5+ years of frontend development experience using JavaScript or TypeScript, with React experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design, with Microsoft SQL Server knowledge considered an asset.
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and understand complex software systems, including applications without direct source code access.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and developing scalable business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, maintainable software solutions in a remote work environment.

• Competitive annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
