DETAILS:

Reports To: Director of Marketing
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Salary Range: $60,000-$63,000/year, commensurate with experience.

Format & Schedule: Remote work four days per week. One day per week on-site at our Harrison, NY headquarters (usually Tuesdays but may change as needed, as determined by Director of Marketing). Please note that relocation support is not available. Strong preference will be given to employees already in commuting distance.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the Marketing team, responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns for the company's national anesthesia services business lines. This role owns projects from concept through completion which includes social media strategy and content, digital campaign development and execution, marketing collateral, special projects, event coordination, recruitment marketing, and campaign performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who's equally comfortable driving projects independently and collaborating across departments and with leadership.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, including creative concepting and content creation across all company channels.
- Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns; analyze and report on performance data across all campaigns to inform ongoing optimization.
- Develop landing pages and email campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
- Write content for both digital and print/collateral use including web copy, landing pages, email, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Develop marketing plans in support of business line goals.
- Create presentations for speaking engagements, webinars, and leadership.
- Assist with recruitment marketing efforts.
- Coordinate all business development and recruiting tradeshows such as registration, exhibit materials, booth shipping/logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Manage purchase order requests and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
- Own projects from start to finish, working independently while staying aligned with team and departmental priorities.
- Coordinate additional projects and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Superior organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable owning projects independently while working effectively within a team environment and across departments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with various departments and leadership.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Superior computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other platforms.
- Working knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and strategy.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms/tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations required.
- 3-4 years of relevant, successful hands-on experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency required.
