The Anti Piracy Engagement Specialist will be responsible for managing compliance cases, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving successful resolutions through structured engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing anti-piracy and software compliance cases from initial outreach through final resolution, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Conducting strategic negotiations related to software licensing through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Engaging with businesses to understand compliance challenges and guide them toward appropriate licensing solutions.
- Reviewing investigation data, analyzing case information, and preparing accurate reports to support decision-making.
- Maintaining CRM records, tracking lead activity, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Documenting processes, sharing insights, and contributing to improvements in engagement strategies for the Brazilian market.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and persuasive professional with experience in customer-facing roles and a strong ability to manage complex conversations independently. Required qualifications and skills include:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, collections, business development, customer engagement, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in software compliance, SaaS, licensing, or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for internal communication and reporting.
- Fluency in Portuguese to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders in Brazil.
- Experience using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- A resilient, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Must be based in Brazil; candidates located in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo are preferred.
