Benefits COORD - Enrollment

Description:

Coordinates and present materials for New Employee Orientation/Open Enrollment activities

Tracks and maintains employee benefit elections/enter benefit data into HRIS/Claims System

Assists with Administration of the 403(b) Plan

Assist with clerical duties

Assists with orientation and Benefits fairs/enrollments

Cross-train duties in Human Resources

Cross-train duties in the Claims Department

Create and run reports as needed from HRIS

Assist employees with benefit claims issues and plan changes

Other special projects/duties as needed

Education/Experience:

High school graduate

Demonstrated experience utilizing Excel, Word, and other MS Office products

Professional seminars or college level courses in business or human resources/employee benefits preferred

1-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred

1-3 years of experience in HR or benefits administration preferred

Lawson/HRIS experience preferred
