Human Resource Generalist
Trail Ridge Senior Living | Sioux Falls, SD
Competitive Pay: $60,000-75,000 annually.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences.
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Plan and support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and assist managers with payroll and timekeeping questions.
  • Support performance management, coaching, and employee development.
  • Assist with workers' compensation, safety initiatives, compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and long-term care regulations.
What You'll Need
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to occasionally respond to business needs outside of regular business hours.
