Store Manager in Sarasota, Florida at D & J NEW BAGELS INC

To manage efficient operation and responsibility of Bagel Shop, including cleanliness, equipment care, food quality/consistency and food safety.

To ensure every customer receives from staff the best possible food experience and receives a Five-Star experience.

Orchestrate proper workflow between various stations during service.

Monitor food portioning, quality, and safety before during and after service

Assemble food products quickly, cleanly and to company standards

Assemble and load all food and supplies for food service for the location.

Stock store with condiments, serving utensils, and napkins; refill condiment containers, utensils, and napkins as needed.

Utilize approved food production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.

Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner, and invite them back.

Resolve customer concerns and represent company in a courteous and friendly manner in all customer interactions.

Monitor and operate equipment to maximize efficiency.

Follow posted Opening & Closing Procedures.

Monitor cleaning of kitchen and all work areas.

Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating and labeling procedures.

Prepare daily bank deposit / petty cash / coin and bill change

Assist Director of Operations in writing Weekly Staff Schedule

Oversite of all Functional Responsibilities of Staff / Knowledge of POS / Staff Training

Keeping open communication with all vendors: Inventory / Pricing / Supply Demands
