What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and support team members to create a positive work environment
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and keep service running smoothly
• Help train and develop team members and future leaders
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and company standards
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and other operational needs based on your role
• Communicate with your team and leadership to address challenges and keep everyone on the same page
• Hold the team accountable while providing support and feedback
• Help create a great experience for both guests and employees

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred, depending on the role
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and enjoys working alongside their team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Willingness to coach team members, provide feedback, and hold people accountable
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid food handlers and TABC certificates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25-50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing and navigating the restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and professional under pressure.
