We can teach you archery. We can't teach personality!

Are you outgoing, energetic, and great at entertaining people? We're looking for someone who can put on a show, make people laugh, and turn a simple archery class into a memorable experience.

No archery experience required — we'll teach you!
We care more about your personality, communication skills, and ability to engage a crowd.

What You'll Do

• Teach fun, engaging archery classes (we'll train you!).

• Answer phones and emails, greet guests, and check in customers.

• Set up customers for archery lane rentals and help keep the range running smoothly.

• Deliver an awesome customer experience while following safety procedures.

Pay & Growth

• Starting training rate: $17/hour

• Pay increases to $19/hour when you can teach classes independently and take on front desk responsibilities.

• Venmo tip cards are available for guests to leave tips!

Schedule

• Part-time; Saturday and Sunday availability required.

• Weekend shifts: 12 PM–8 PM.

• Weekday shifts: 1 PM–9 PM - Possible weekday shifts as filler

• All shifts are 8 hours

Who You Are

Fun, personable, reliable, confident talking to strangers, and comfortable being the center of attention. Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but personality comes first!
