Ecommerce Specialist in Brooklyn, New York at Mockins

Mockins is a fast-growing automotive e-commerce company based in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented individual to join our E-Commerce Team.

This role focuses on managing product listings, maintaining marketplace accounts, and optimizing product content and performance across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Monitoring listings for errors, missing information, and other issues, and proactively resolving them
• Submitting pricing, promotions, inventory updates, and other day-to-day platform activities
• Communicating with marketplace representatives and maintaining strong merchant relationships
• Identifying opportunities to improve listings and platform performance

We're looking for:

• Required: Previous hands-on experience managing product listings and working within marketplace seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar platforms)
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong follow-through
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets

Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn (Full-Time, In-Office)
