Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct table games such as blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em in accordance with established rules and procedures.

- Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, and manage game flow efficiently and accurately.

- Ensure all bets are placed correctly and payouts are made promptly and accurately.

- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service to guests.

- Monitor game activity for fairness and adherence to casino policies.

- Handle chips, cash, and other gaming instruments responsibly and securely.

- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

- Follow all safety, security, and compliance regulations related to gaming operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a table games dealer or in a similar role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of casino games, rules, and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.

- Ability to handle cash and chips responsibly.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess relevant gaming licenses or certifications as required by local regulations.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Previous dealer experience preferred.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and current/potential clients.

• Dependable and reliable while maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
• Thorough knowledge of table games policies and procedures.
