Job Description

Description:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to inside and outside sales representatives.
  • Enter, review, and process customer orders while confirming specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
  • Assist with quotations, pricing requests, product specifications, and quote follow-up.
  • Communicate customer requirements with scheduling, production, purchasing, and shipping.
  • Track orders and proactively communicate delays or issues.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions regarding orders, pricing, availability, shipments, and service.
  • Investigate and help resolve customer complaints, quality concerns, and delivery challenges
  • Work in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three or more years of customer service, sales support, or account management experience.
  • English proficiency is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience in the print industry or envelope manufacturing is a plus.
