Position Description:
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods locally. You will ensure timely delivery while adhering to all company standards and traffic laws. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Key responsibilities:
  • Driving Operations: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods
  • Route Planning and Navigation: Follow designated routes using GPS or maps to reach destinations efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading cargo: Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
  • Pre-trip inspections: Perform routine vehicle checks and overall mechanical condition and reporting to appropriate personnel
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies regarding driving and vehicle operation
Qualifications:
  • • Valid Driver’s License
  • • 6 months + experience as delivery driver
  • • Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
  • • Clean MVR
