• Develop, test, and release native Android features using Kotlin while maintaining high standards for code quality and application reliability.
• Design intuitive mobile experiences for financial services, including payments, insurance, claims, renewals, and other customer-facing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to simplify complex user journeys and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring application stability, security, responsiveness, and reliable data handling.
• Continuously optimize application performance by improving crash rates, memory usage, loading times, and overall responsiveness.
• Leverage analytics, production insights, and user behavior data to refine features and improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to AI-powered mobile experiences where intelligent features provide meaningful improvements to the overall user journey.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture principles.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready Android applications with a focus on quality, usability, and performance.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues across mobile applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases; exposure to TensorFlow Lite or on-device AI inference is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, edge cases, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work independently within a globally distributed remote team.
• Portfolio, GitHub repository, published applications, or examples of shipped work are considered a strong advantage.
