The Senior Systems Engineer manages Microsoft Domains, Microsoft Windows Servers, and other mission-critical enterprise-level systems. They maintain virtual machines and physical servers; work with Cloud technologies and SaaS solutions. The Senior Systems Engineer has exceptional communications and customer service skills; are pro-active, and focus on constant improvement and follow-through at all levels; possesses strong technical problem-solving skills; In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products Azure and Office 365. They take ownership of issues, work independently, escalates problems when needed, find creative ways to resolve problems, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels.
