Workplace Options is proud to support our parent organization, TELUS Health, in recruiting an Account Executive - Middle East.

The Middle East represents a significant market opportunity for us – driven by new psychosocial risk legislation in the UAE, a large expat population with critical wellbeing needs, and growing employer demand for comprehensive employee health solutions.
As our first dedicated seller in this region, you'll have the unique opportunity to build TELUS Health's B2B business from the ground up across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC. You'll be a true hunter, prospecting and closing deals in a high-growth market with enormous potential.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full-cycle sales activities from prospecting through negotiation and close, managing opportunities in Salesforce to track the complete journey
- Build and own a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across the Middle East region, with a relentless focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Qualify leads and develop compelling business cases that demonstrate how TELUS Health solutions address employer wellbeing challenges and drive measurable business outcomes
- Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on workplace wellbeing
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Management team to ensure seamless handoffs on closed deals and identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets of $1M+ (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise organizations, with expertise in building influential relationships at all organisational levels
- Experience selling EAP, employee wellness, HR technology, or healthcare solutions (preferred), or proven ability to quickly master complex B2B solutions in related sectors
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial approach to pipeline generation and prospecting with strong business acumen and strategic territory management skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral – with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems for pipeline management and data-driven decision making
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to market opportunities and challenges
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region(s) as needed
Great-to-Haves
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience selling in Middle East or emerging markets
- Knowledge of UAE psychosocial risk legislation and workplace wellbeing regulations
