C#/.NET Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a C#/.NET Developer based in United States.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of secure, scalable web applications supporting a high-impact public sector program. You will work across both front-end and back-end layers, building modern interfaces and robust APIs that ensure seamless system performance. The environment is collaborative and Agile, requiring close coordination with analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering reliable solutions in a fast-paced delivery setting. A strong focus is placed on code quality, security best practices, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful systems that directly support mission-critical services while expanding your expertise in modern Microsoft technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies while ensuring performance, scalability, and security across systems.
  • Build and enhance user-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Develop and manage backend services, APIs, and databases using SQL, Postgres, and .NET-based web services to support end-to-end functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful integration of solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and documentation efforts while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with MVC architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with API development, relational databases (SQL/Postgres), and system integration.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and modern software deployment practices.
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively in complex technical environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
