This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Processos Pleno based in Brazil.

This role is part of a high-impact Operational Efficiency team focused on transforming and optimizing end-to-end business processes in a fast-paced technology environment. You will play a key role in mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving measurable improvements that directly influence operational performance at scale. The position involves leading process improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation, ensuring sustainable results and stakeholder alignment. You will also contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools. In addition, you will support the implementation of automation and digital solutions, including AI-driven enhancements, to improve productivity and scalability. Accountabilities:
  • Map, analyze, and diagnose business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvement opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition and solution design to implementation and results tracking.
  • Develop, structure, and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives, building dashboards and actionable performance metrics.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across processes, reporting systems, and automation initiatives.
  • Design and implement automation solutions and digital workflows, including the use of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work in ambiguous and complex environments by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of process management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping, optimization, and implementation of measurable improvements.
  • Experience with process automation using triggers, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology companies or dynamic, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, or similar).
