  • Own the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, security, and scalability.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing distributed engineering teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish engineering standards, best practices, AI development frameworks, and reusable processes that can be adopted across multiple product teams.

  • Continuously improve engineering efficiency through modern CI/CD practices, automation, incident management, and operational maturity.
  • Promote a security-first engineering mindset by ensuring rigorous code reviews, secure development practices, and proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years leading engineering teams and engineering managers.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering production software through a fully AI-powered software development lifecycle, including AI-assisted specification, development, testing, code review, and deployment.
  • Strong background designing and delivering scalable distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and modern software architectures.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and high-quality coding standards.
  • Proven ability to lead remote, international engineering teams while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience evaluating AI-generated code with the same rigor as human-written code while maintaining high security and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, and engineering process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical execution.
  • Security-first mindset with experience building software for highly regulated, enterprise, or security-sensitive environments.
  • Nice to have: experience with email security technologies, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace integrations, .NET/C#, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), AI context files, AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines, and high-throughput distributed systems.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with regular performance reviews.
  • Flexible remote working environment with the opportunity to work from Poland.
  • Opportunity to lead the engineering strategy for a highly impactful cybersecurity product.
  • Significant influence in defining AI-native engineering practices adopted across multiple engineering teams.
  • Work with international, distributed engineering teams in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
  • Exposure to complex enterprise-scale technologies serving customers across critical infrastructure industries.
  • Long-term career growth within a stable and expanding global technology organization.
  • Autonomy to shape engineering culture, technical direction, and delivery processes.
