Junior Data Analyst - Open for Fresh Grads! in at Celeste

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)

⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, UK business hours (GMT)

💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor (May initially be short-term in nature, with the possibility to extend based on client needs and performance)

💸 Rate: Approximately ₱400 per hour (depending on experience)

In this role you will:

• Support the Customer Success team with data gathering, organization, and quality checks across customer accounts.
• Liaise with customers and their partners/vendors on questions related to data completeness or accuracy.
• Help analyze data sets to support the CS team's work — this may include Proof of Concept support, customer simulations, or other data needs that come up
• Support customers in hitting their success plans and integration timelines by owning data-related tasks assigned to you
• Build product knowledge of customer onboarding and the platform over time
• Share customer and market insights back to the product and engineering teams
• Support various administrative tasks to help the team run smoothly
• Help identify ways to make existing workflows more efficient

About you:

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• As an independent contractor, you must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access.
• University Degree in a relevant field: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science (or similar).
• Comfortable working with data — strong Excel skills, and an analytical mindset for spotting patterns and cleaning up messy data sets
• Some exposure to data cleansing and data governance practices is a plus
