This role is a dynamic blend of end-to-end recruitment execution and data-driven talent strategy, focused on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across multiple functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. Beyond sourcing and screening, the role emphasizes recruitment analytics, enabling better decision-making through insights on hiring performance, pipeline health, and market trends. You will also play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will help optimize hiring processes using structured frameworks and modern ATS tools. This is an opportunity for a proactive recruiter who combines strong execution with analytical thinking and continuous process improvement.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and coordination of onboarding across multiple roles and functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective, targeted hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other talent channels.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment workflows in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and process compliance.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness to improve hiring efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose data-backed improvements to enhance overall performance.
- Support workforce planning by providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and hiring feasibility.
- Ensure a positive, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or product-based environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems, along with recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering closely with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and structured interview processes.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Familiarity with job boards and talent platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and similar channels.
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-moving environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
