Sr. Operations Analyst in India at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Operations Analyst based in India.

This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end procure-to-pay and supply chain operations within a global, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency across operational transactions such as requisition-to-PO processes, catalog and master data management, and procurement support activities. The position requires strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to help maintain smooth operational workflows across multiple systems and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to resolve issues, support business requests, and ensure timely execution of procurement activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly structured, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a high-volume operational setting. You will contribute directly to improving process efficiency, compliance, and service quality across supply chain operations. • Execute procure-to-pay (P2P) and supply chain operational transactions including requisition-to-PO creation, MRP runs, and related procurement activities.
• Manage catalog updates, purchase order administration, master data maintenance (MDM), spot buying, and helpdesk support activities.
• Ensure high accuracy and compliance in all transactional processes across multiple procurement systems, including SAP.
• Support operational reporting and basic data analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement and supply chain-related queries in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and supporting foundational process improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively in cross-cultural, global teams while ensuring responsiveness and clear communication.
• Adhere to operational standards, governance guidelines, and ethical business practices.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes including requisitioning and purchase order management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute high-volume transactional work accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to work in US shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST) and work from office (Andheri, Mumbai).
