• Own and define the long-term product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Create & Design experience, ensuring alignment with broader business and platform objectives.
• Lead the evolution of creation tools and shared platform capabilities that support current and future product experiences.
• Drive the integration of AI-powered functionalities such as assisted design, content generation, translation, and intelligent creation workflows.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to balance customer value, technical complexity, scalability, and product quality.
• Lead platform initiatives, technical migrations, and strategic investments while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, marketing, customer success, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Monitor industry trends in AI, creator platforms, and modern productivity tools to continuously innovate and enhance product capabilities.
• Establish success metrics, guide execution, and leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analysis, and decision-making processes.

• Extensive experience in product management, with ownership of customer-facing platforms, creation tools, editors, or design products.
• Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to define product vision and execute in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable platform capabilities and shared services across multiple products or experiences.
• Deep appreciation for user experience and product craftsmanship, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and technical constraints.
• Hands-on understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, and AI-assisted product experiences, with an AI-native mindset.
• Experience working on technically sophisticated initiatives, including platform investments, migrations, performance considerations, and architectural trade-offs.
• Strong customer discovery, analytical, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating within distributed and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to products such as design platforms, creator tools, collaborative editors, localization solutions, or AI-powered creation experiences is highly desirable.
