• Ensure equipment is accurately checked in, checked out, staged, loaded, and returned.

Keep Our Production Inventory Moving
• Oversee inventory management processes and maintain accurate equipment tracking.
• Ensure production equipment is organized, accessible, and ready to support client events.
• Identify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with the appropriate technical teams.

Build Efficient Logistics Processes
• Manage warehouse workflows, equipment movement, truck loading, and order fulfillment.
• Schedule warehouse labor resources to align with business demands and production schedules.
• Continuously improve systems and processes that increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
Support Event Success
• Partner with Project Managers, Production Teams, and Operations leaders to ensure equipment is ready when and where it is needed.
• Prepare and coordinate equipment orders for delivery and pickup.
• Help solve logistical challenges that arise in a fast-paced production environment.

Champion Safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Lead by example in promoting safe work practices and equipment handling.

Hit the Road When Needed
• Operate warehouse vehicles and commercial trucks.
• Support local and regional equipment transportation, including occasional travel throughout the Midwest.

What You'll Bring
Leadership & Operations
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or related operational leadership roles.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating labor resources.
• The ability to balance hands-on work with strategic planning and process improvement.

Organization & Problem Solving
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues before they become problems.

• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and operational best practices.
Driving & Transportation
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Commercial driving experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Class B CDL.

Work Style
• Reliable, self-directed, and highly accountable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support event operations.
