Material Administrator in Gurnee, Illinois at Jif Pak Manufacturing LLC

1. Reconcile inventory errors and expedite raw materials to ensure there are no interruptions on the production floor.
2. Maintain Kanban systems for raw materials.
3. Meet with Vendors to negotiate pricing on supplies and services.
4. Create case labels as needed.
5. Enter Job orders from the production schedule.
6. Enter Purchase orders as needed.
7. Order Production supplies as needed.
8. Participate in Department/Production specific projects
9. Maintain records for safety equipment.
10. Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
