What You'll Do

• Deliver a genuine, magnetic welcome - accurate wait times, warm escorts to the table, menus in hand
• Own the reservation book: confirm bookings, accommodate special requests, and coordinate large parties like a pro
• Read the room - keep the dining floor flowing seamlessly with smart, proactive seating and table turnover
• Be the go-to for guest questions, menu highlights, and turning concerns into "wow, they really took care of us" moments
• Keep the front-of-house polished — reception area sharp, menus and materials always guest-ready
• Team up with servers, kitchen, and management to keep the whole operation running like clockwork, and bring your energy to team trainings
• Other duties as assigned

• Hostess or customer-facing experience is a plus, but energy and heart go a long way
• Sharp communication and organizational instincts
• Poise under pressure - even (especially) when it's a full house
• A guest-first mindset and natural people skills
