Daytime Host in Mooresville, North Carolina at FRESH CHEF 2 INC

Supervises and coordinates dining room seating and rotation while providing courteous and efficient service to patrons. Schedules reservations and manages all incoming phone calls. Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. Resets all tables and helps maintain cleanliness of the dining room. Check restrooms for supplies and cleanliness throughout the shift. Provides support to management and service staff as needed.

Must be able to maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times and be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining control. Must possess basic math skills and be able to assess situations and make decisions that will positively impact the guest's experience.
