Community Medical Group is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and community-focused Membership Growth Specialist to join our Business Development team.

As a Membership Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding Community Medical Group's presence throughout the community by building meaningful relationships with seniors, community organizations, healthcare partners, and referral sources. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, educating prospective patients about healthcare options, and driving membership growth through outreach and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with seniors, community organizations, healthcare partners, and local businesses to generate new patient opportunities
• Conduct outreach activities in senior centers, community events, health fairs, places of worship, residential communities, and other community settings
• Promote and communicate the Community Medical Group value proposition to prospective patients and caregivers
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in community outreach events, educational presentations, and membership growth initiatives
• Develop relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers, case managers, senior housing managers, and community partners
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with prospective patients and referral sources
• Collaborate with community organizations and outreach programs to increase awareness and membership growth
• Ensure agents and brokers are engaged in community events to support patient enrollment efforts
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to track leads, document interactions, and monitor opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, outreach efforts, and community engagement initiatives
• Prepare activity calendars and develop strategic plans for target communities and growth markets
• Support marketing campaigns and re-engagement efforts to reconnect with inactive or dormant patients
• Deliver presentations to large and small audiences regarding Community Medical Group services and healthcare programs
• Develop and strengthen referral networks and distribution channels that support enrollment growth
• Build long-term relationships with newly enrolled patients to support retention and satisfaction
• Address patient concerns and assist in resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Partner with leadership to improve outreach strategies and community engagement effectiveness
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience required
• Experience working with seniors, Medicare populations, or healthcare services preferred
• Business-to-business sales, relationship management, or community outreach experience preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with community organizations and referral sources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Strong presentation, networking, and public speaking skills
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and customer engagement abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while achieving outreach and membership growth goals
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the community required
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Bilingual skills preferred
