Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Services Assistant / Grant Coordinator
Location: Nashville, TN
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Interview Process: Video Interview Only

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Grant Coordinator to provide administrative and fiscal support for Maternal and Child Health grants within the Rural Health Transformation Program. This role supports grant management activities, including invoice processing, expenditure tracking, documentation, and compliance with federal and state requirements. The position also provides lead-level support for a multi-grant portfolio and may supervise junior administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and track grant expenditures.
  • Maintain grant files and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with reconciliation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and administrative activities.
  • Support compliance with federal and state grant requirements.
  • Provide guidance to lower-level administrative staff, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or fiscal support experience in grant-funded programs.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
