Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to motivate and support their ongoing participation in treatment plans

- Conduct outreach to clients' families to foster involvement and support

- Facilitate group sessions to promote peer support and shared learning

- Follow up with alumni to maintain relationships and gather feedback

- Assist in identifying and exploring marketing opportunities to expand program reach

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience in client engagement or outreach roles preferred

- Ability to facilitate group discussions and create a welcoming environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Compassionate, empathetic, and motivated to support others

- Knowledge of treatment processes and recovery programs is a plus
