We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical complexity and client relationships, someone who can keep multiple high-stakes projects on track without losing sight of the bigger picture: better outcomes for the healthcare systems we serve.
We're specifically seeking candidates located in the Chicagoland (U.S.) area or the Waterloo, Ontario region (Canada).
If you're a detail-oriented PM with a passion for structured delivery and a curiosity for healthcare technology, we'd love to hear from you.

- Manage client expectations and ensure clear and consistent communication
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper archiving upon project completion
- Support issue escalation and resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system readiness, connectivity, and deployment support
- Support sales and pre-project activities as needed
- Participate in knowledge sharing and support onboarding or mentoring of new team members
- Perform other duties as required to support business operations
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in healthcare technology environments, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, or HL7
