About the Role:

The Administrative Professional plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This position is responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support organizational functions and enhance productivity. The successful candidate will coordinate communication, organize schedules, and maintain accurate records to facilitate seamless workflow. By acting as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, the Administrative Professional helps maintain a positive and professional workplace atmosphere. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the organization by providing essential administrative support and fostering effective collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a professional environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with office management software such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or budgeting processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or executive teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars for multiple team members.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks to support team members and leadership.
