Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five (5)+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related enterprise IT environment.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Experience supporting SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell or another administrative scripting language.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, VPNs, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Azure, Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, or Endpoint Management is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Apple Business Manager is preferred.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity platforms and endpoint detection technologies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, problem management, and change management best practices is preferred.

In this role, you will

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related cloud technologies.
  • Manage identity and access management, including user provisioning, licensing, authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and security policies.
  • Support enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management across Windows, iOS, and supported devices to ensure compliance and security.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cloud issues, and serve as a senior technical escalation resource.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, APIs, and other Microsoft automation platforms.
  • Lead infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint, and security projects from planning through implementation while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, system diagrams, recovery plans, and support documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, operational efficiency, security, scalability, and overall technology performance.
  • Partner with business leaders, vendors, and the IT team to deliver technology solutions that support organizational objectives while providing exceptional customer service.
