This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NetSuite ERP Project Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex NetSuite ERP implementations from initial planning through successful delivery.
You will oversee project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Working across multiple projects or larger programs, you will serve as a key point of communication for stakeholders and subject matter experts.
The role combines structured project management with hands-on problem solving and continuous process improvement.
You will help drive successful implementations while applying lessons learned to strengthen future project delivery.

• Lead project management activities across the full implementation lifecycle, including project planning, work breakdown structures, scheduling, and change management.
• Manage project scope throughout all phases of delivery while maintaining accurate estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports, and milestones.
• Lead multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously or take ownership of an entire program, ensuring consistent execution and delivery.
• Coordinate and guide a team of consultants throughout implementation activities, removing obstacles and supporting effective project execution.
• Act as the primary communicator for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, priorities, resolutions, and project updates.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, subject matter experts, and other cross-functional teams.
• Conduct and apply project retrospectives, incorporating lessons learned and continuous improvement practices into future implementations.
• Identify potential project risks and challenges early and use a proactive, solution-oriented approach to keep delivery on track.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably within technology, consulting, or ERP environments.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing NetSuite ERP implementations from planning through deployment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, lifecycle management, scope control, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with full professional fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality work while meeting internal and external deadlines.
• PMP certification is considered a plus.
