What You’ll DoAs our next District Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple care teams and locations throughout the Northfield–Mays Landing area.
Leadership & Coaching- Mentor, train, and develop high-performing staff across various service lines.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth through coaching and team-building.
- Support recruitment, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
- Hold teams accountable for performance while providing the coaching and support needed to succeed.
- Oversee and continuously improve processes across Chronic Care Management, Value-Based Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, Pharmacy, Integrated Care, Specialty Services, and other EPIC programs.
- Ensure assigned locations operate efficiently and consistently while following EPIC standards and workflows.
- Coordinate communication between clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Identify operational barriers, develop solutions, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Monitor staffing, workflows, patient volume, productivity, and service-line performance across assigned locations.
- Define, manage, and sustain service lines to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
- Support initiatives that improve patient access, operational efficiency, revenue, and overall clinic performance.
- Lead implementation of new processes, programs, and technology across assigned locations.
- Foster a patient-first culture focused on respectful, timely, and effective service.
- Address operational issues affecting patient experience and work with teams to develop sustainable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with providers, employees, patients, and community partners.
- Be willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and maintain operational continuity.
- Lead by example and promote EPIC’s culture of accountability, responsiveness, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a hands-on healthcare leader who can think strategically while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations.
Qualifications- 5+ years of healthcare leadership or healthcare operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing multi-site healthcare operations, service lines, or care management programs preferred.
- Experience managing and developing teams, including accountability for performance and operational results.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient workflows, and performance management.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office Suite, and other operational systems.
- Spanish-speaking skills are highly preferred to support communication with diverse patient and employee populations.
- Ability to travel between assigned locations throughout the Northfield–Mays Landing area as needed.
