This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative based in the United States.
This is a remote opportunity to launch or accelerate your sales career within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You’ll be responsible for creating new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting across calls, email, and social channels.
The role combines relationship building, consultative selling, and problem-solving as you connect with construction professionals facing real operational challenges.
You’ll develop strong product expertise, qualify prospects, and create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
As you build your pipeline and consistently deliver results, you’ll have clear metrics and a structured framework to support career progression.

- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social channels to identify and engage potential customers.
- Communicate the value of an all-in-one SaaS solution in a way that resonates with construction professionals and their specific business challenges.
- Build relationships with prospects by listening carefully, understanding their needs, and connecting those needs to relevant solutions.
- Qualify prospects effectively and schedule high-quality product demonstrations with Account Executives.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while coordinating follow-up strategies with the broader sales team.
- Become a knowledgeable product expert capable of confidently explaining how the platform addresses real customer problems.
- Track prospecting activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics while reporting results to sales development leadership.
- Participate in sales training, development programs, peer learning, and team challenges designed to continuously improve performance.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies as a regular part of prospecting, research, communication, organization, and other day-to-day workflows.
- Experiment with new approaches, share learnings with teammates, and contribute to the ongoing development of AI-enabled sales practices.
- Take ownership of challenges, act on coaching quickly, and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of professional work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, build rapport, communicate value, and persuade prospects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Genuine interest in technology, SaaS, innovation, and how emerging tools can improve business outcomes.
- Strong motivation to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in sales.

- Comfort using AI tools regularly as part of professional workflows, with sound judgment about when AI-generated outputs require review, refinement, or replacement.
- Curiosity about how AI can transform sales and willingness to experiment with new approaches and share learnings.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free home working environment.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
- Previous SaaS, construction, or technology experience is advantageous.
- Experience in sales, account management, hospitality, logistics, or another relationship-driven, high-effort environment is also valued.
- Proven sales overachievement, such as President’s Club or Rep of the Year recognition, is a plus.
- Base salary of $60,000 per year, plus $20,000 in variable compensation, for total on-target earnings of $80,000.
- Monthly commissions tied to sales-qualified lead (SQL) targets.
- Remote work environment for candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
