Job Description
About The Gettys Group Companies
At Gettys, we believe exceptional hospitality begins long before a guest checks in. For more than 35 years, we've partnered with the world's leading hotel brands, ownership groups, and developers to create memorable hospitality experiences through design, procurement, branding, and development.
Today, Gettys is comprised of several complementary businesses—including Interior Design, Procurement, Branding, Gettys One, and Ridgeline Development Partners—giving our clients a fully integrated solution from concept through execution.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic revenue leader who can help connect these capabilities, expand our market presence, and build long-term client relationships that create value across the enterprise.
Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Growth is responsible for leading Gettys' enterprise growth strategy by driving new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and creating a disciplined, collaborative sales culture across the organization.
Rather than managing a traditional sales team, this leader serves as the strategic partner and coach to our business development professionals and practice leaders, helping them identify opportunities, navigate complex pursuits, and grow key client relationships.
Success in this role requires someone who understands consultative selling, professional services, and enterprise relationship management. The ideal candidate enjoys building strategy as much as building relationships and is energized by bringing together multiple service offerings to solve complex client challenges.

- Partner with Business Development, Interior Design, Procurement, Branding, Gettys One, and Ridgeline Development Partners to identify new opportunities.
- Support complex pursuits and strategic client presentations.

- Coach leaders through major proposals and enterprise opportunities.
- Improve overall win rates.

Why Gettys?
You'll join a firm where creativity, strategy, and hospitality intersect. Rather than inheriting a traditional sales organization, you'll have the opportunity to shape how an established, nationally recognized hospitality firm approaches growth for years to come.
You'll work directly with executive leadership, collaborate across multiple business lines, and play a central role in helping Gettys expand its impact throughout the hospitality industry.
