Job Description
The Client Services Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for clients arriving at Black Hills Aviation. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming experience and coordinating all ground-side services for crew and passengers. The CSR works closely with the ramp team, vendors, and management to ensure every client visit is handled with accuracy and care.

Schedule | Core hours 0600–1800; shift rotation including weekends and holidays |
Reports To | Operations Supervisor / General Manager |
Compensation | Competitive — commensurate with experience (TBD) |
Badging Required | SIDA/AOA badge required (background check and badging process completed upon hire) |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet arriving clients promptly and professionally; serve as the primary face of Black Hills Aviation
- Coordinate aircraft parking and hangar requests in conjunction with ramp personnel
- Maintain the pilot lounge, crew amenities, and common areas — stock beverages, snacks, and supplies throughout the shift
- Coordinate hotel, ground transportation, and catering requests using approved vendor contacts
- Manage crew car check-out and check-in, including condition inspection and documentation
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
- Log all service requests and client interactions accurately; complete shift handoffs with outgoing documentation
- Support irregular operations — assist clients during weather delays, diversions, and unplanned needs
- Escalate issues to the Operations Supervisor or GM as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, aviation, or a client-facing environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA/AOA security badge
- Completion of all required company training and certifications upon hire
- Familiarity with general aviation aircraft types and terminology
- Experience with flight crew or charter client coordination
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs (supply restocking, crew bags, etc.)
- Outdoor work may be required in varying weather conditions
