About Early Learning VenturesEarly Learning Ventures (ELV) partners with child care providers to expand access to high-quality early childhood education. Through our Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships and our proprietary Alliance CORE platform, we help programs meet federal standards, streamline their operations, and stay focused on what matters most — the children and families they serve.
About the RoleAs our CCP Compliance Coordinator, you'll be a key point of contact for Early Head Start (EHS) child care partners, ELV team members, Board members, and community stakeholders. You'll lead the development of EHS functionality within Alliance CORE, manage reporting for federal monitoring events, and keep policies, contracts, and service plans current and compliant. Just as importantly, you'll provide the training and technical assistance that help our partners succeed — and help run the Governing Board and Policy Council meetings that keep our programs accountable.
If you're detail-driven, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to support early learning at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

- Manage the EHS Partner application process for prospective programs
