Job Description

CCP Compliance Coordinator

Early Learning Ventures · Hybrid (2 days in office) · Full-time · Up to 20% in-state travel

About Early Learning Ventures

Early Learning Ventures (ELV) partners with child care providers to expand access to high-quality early childhood education. Through our Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships and our proprietary Alliance CORE platform, we help programs meet federal standards, streamline their operations, and stay focused on what matters most — the children and families they serve.

About the Role

As our CCP Compliance Coordinator, you'll be a key point of contact for Early Head Start (EHS) child care partners, ELV team members, Board members, and community stakeholders. You'll lead the development of EHS functionality within Alliance CORE, manage reporting for federal monitoring events, and keep policies, contracts, and service plans current and compliant. Just as importantly, you'll provide the training and technical assistance that help our partners succeed — and help run the Governing Board and Policy Council meetings that keep our programs accountable.

If you're detail-driven, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to support early learning at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Platform & compliance

  • Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and optimization of the EHS CORE module alongside developers and program staff, keeping it aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
  • Facilitate bi-annual, two-way surveys on CORE usage (especially the EHS module) to guide software development
  • Support program self-assessment and the preparation of the annual EHS Grant Application, Program Annual Report, and Program Information Report as they relate to EHS service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records across reporting databases and prepare product and service reports

Contracts, policies & service plans

  • Oversee the workflow of all EHS contracts (independent contractors, special projects, partnership agreements) and track renewal timelines to ensure continuity of services
  • Coordinate the review and updating of EHS policies, procedures, and service plans; communicate changes clearly; and stay current on licensing regulations and Head Start Program Performance Standards

Partner support & training

  • Serve EHS child care programs in person and remotely — sharing product and service information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Support onboarding and reboarding for new and existing EHS child care clients
  • Deliver training to program directors and staff through individual sessions, instructor-led content, and webinars
  • Manage the EHS Partner application process for prospective programs

Meetings & stakeholder relations

  • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee internal and external events, including EHS Governing Board and Policy Council meetings
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials and draft minutes for review and approval
  • Manage inbound correspondence from partners and team members related to grant participation and implementation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering regular feedback and support
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, product training, and/or child care
  • 1–3 years of experience with federal Office of Head Start grant compliance and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based data systems, plus comfort navigating multiple operating systems, browsers, tabs, and windows
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management, time-management, and prioritization skills, with a track record of delivering on deadline
  • An independent, resourceful problem-solver who follows through and stays organized
  • Comfort leading and championing change in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Familiarity with Colorado and national philanthropic organizations is a plus
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communications
The Details
