Position Purpose
Lead material planning and monthly SI&OP execution for Hyva's finished goods distribution business supporting cylinders, wet kits and hydraulic components across the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position is responsible for optimizing service levels, inventory quality, working capital and cross-functional supply chain performance.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly SI&OP execution process, ensuring demand, supply and inventory plans are aligned.
- Own finished goods planning for cylinders, wet kits and components across North America.
- Develop inventory strategies that improve service levels while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Manage replenishment from global manufacturing sites and suppliers.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and collaborate with Sales on demand planning.
- Drive root cause analysis for shortages, late deliveries and inventory imbalances.
- Partner with Procurement, Operations, Customer Service and Logistics to improve OTIF performance.
- Establish inventory policies including safety stock, reorder points and ABC segmentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using ERP/MRP analytics.
- Support new product introductions, phase-outs and engineering changes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering.
- 7+ years of material planning in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership of monthly SI&OP execution.
- Experience supporting USA, Canada and Mexico distribution.
- Strong ERP/MRP experience (Infor LN, SAP or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
