Job Description

Join USHomeBuyers.com, INC as an Executive Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic team in the real estate industry. We’re seeking someone who is not just looking for a job but is eager to drive our operations forward. You’ll work closely with the CEO, gaining insights into every aspect of our business, from acquisitions to marketing. This role offers you the chance to build operational systems that support our growth, ensuring efficiency and accountability across all teams. With a competitive salary of $52,000 to $62,000 annually, plus the potential for performance-based revenue sharing, your contributions will be recognized and rewarded.

Here, you'll have the freedom to shape your role and create systems that streamline our operations. We're committed to fostering a collaborative environment where your ideas and initiatives are valued. Hybrid flexibility gives you the autonomy to balance in-office and remote work, emphasizing results over hours spent at a desk. We pride ourselves on a culture of integrity, reliability, and resilience, and we're excited to welcome someone who shares these values. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us, we can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $62,000

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently and with minimal conflicts.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents to support the CEO's initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring information flows seamlessly and timely.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, providing insights and data that drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled with precision and care.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 or more years supporting an owner, executive, or founder directly as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or operations coordinator
  • Direct experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is strongly preferred. Candidates who have implemented EOS inside a company will stand out
  • Strong background in building, documenting, and maintaining SOPs and operational systems from scratch
  • Real estate or adjacent field strongly preferred, including wholesaling, property management, mortgage or title, brokerage, or real estate investing. You should be able to follow a deal conversation without a glossary
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and threads across teams without being reminded twice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You will represent the CEO priorities to other people so precision matters
  • Proactive mindset that identifies what needs to be fixed and acts without waiting to be asked
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving business where things change quickly and perfect information is rarely available
  • Experience supporting operations across multiple markets or virtual teams is a strong plus
  • High discretion and trustworthiness with confidential deal, team, and financial information
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello. Experience with ReSimpli or similar CRM is a bonus

You are not looking for a quiet corner to manage a to-do list. You are looking for a seat close to the action where you can build real systems that make a growing national company run better.

To apply, send your resume and a short note telling us about a time you built or improved an operational system inside a growing company. What was broken, what did you build, and what changed because of it. That note matters more than your resume. We respond to every serious applicant within 48 hours.

About Company

We are a real estate investment and wholesale company headquartered in the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona, with operations spanning multiple states nationwide. Since 2016, we have helped distressed homeowners find real solutions, including cash offers, novation transactions, and creative deal structures that create value on both sides. We started in Arizona and have grown into a multi-state operation with no plans to slow down.

We are lean, results-driven, and built to scale. Our goal is a systematized business that runs without depending on the owner at every level. A large portion of our team works virtually across markets, and the person who steps into this role will be one of the few people who sees the entire business from the inside.
We value integrity, reliability, accountability, and resilience. We build with purpose and play the long game.
