Part-Time Dealership Driver - Hyundai Apex in Apex, North Carolina at Hol-Dav Inc

Johnson Hyundai of Apex, part of Johnson Automotive, is looking for a dependable and professional Part-Time Dealership Driver to support our Sales and Service teams.

Our drivers play an important role in keeping our operation moving - transporting vehicles safely and efficiently while providing the professional, courteous service our customers and dealership partners expect from Johnson Automotive.

As a Dealership Driver, you'll assist our Sales and Service departments with the safe and timely transportation of customer and dealership vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, wholesale accounts, other dealerships, and designated locations.

• Safely transport and handle customer and dealership vehicles.

• Maintain an accurate log of trips, including destinations and passengers.

• Obtain required manager authorization and signatures for vehicle trips.

• Help maintain the clean and professional appearance of the Sales and Service departments.

• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers, dealership employees, and business partners.

• Assist dealership departments with vehicle movement and other operational needs as requested.

• Follow all company safety and vehicle-operation procedures.

• Perform other duties as needed to support dealership operations.

You don't need extensive automotive experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, and understands the importance of taking care of the vehicles entrusted to us.

Qualified candidates should have:

• A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company standards.

• Ability to safely operate a variety of customer and dealership vehicles.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Professional and courteous communication skills.

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work independently and follow directions.

• Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds.

• A professional appearance consistent with Johnson Automotive standards.

• Flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.

This is a part-time position. Work hours and days will be scheduled based on dealership needs and candidate availability.
