As a Collision Center Estimator at First Team Hampton Chevrolet, you'll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. Compensation/Good Faith Pay Range
- $30,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
- Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan
What You'll Do
- Must be able to use or willing to learn CCC, Mitchell, RepairLogic, etc.
- Create supplements and develop repair plans
- Take all necessary photos and review with insurance carrier
- Be proactive in working with Parts Department and technicians to complete repairs as fast as possible
- Manage production and perform a meeting/daily walk to avoid any delays and parts issues
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill set and current shop capacity
- Monitor real-time repair progress and proactively resolve shop floor bottlenecks to maintain cycle time
What You'll Bring
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited or direct supervision.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
