Senior Product Manager- AI Platform

This role sits at the core of a next-generation AI-driven enterprise platform, responsible for shaping the foundation that powers intelligent features across a complex product ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end development of an AI platform that enables scalable, trusted, and production-ready AI capabilities. The position blends hands-on product execution with strategic platform ownership, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. You will actively prototype, test, and validate ideas while driving delivery in a fast-paced agile environment. This is a highly technical product leadership role where experimentation, iteration, and real-world AI system performance directly shape the roadmap. You will also help define how AI is safely, reliably, and effectively deployed across enterprise-grade use cases. It is an ideal opportunity for a builder-minded product leader passionate about applied AI systems at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the day-to-day execution of the AI platform roadmap in close collaboration with engineering teams, including backlog management, user stories, and sprint delivery.
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable product plans while ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build and iterate on rapid prototypes, running experiments and validating product hypotheses before full-scale development.
  • Partner with engineering to design, test, and improve AI features and agentic systems throughout their full lifecycle.
  • Ensure strong governance around trust, safety, security, and data quality as core platform principles.
  • Act as a central coordination point between product, engineering, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Define and track success metrics for AI systems, including observability, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Support agile execution using tools and ceremonies that keep delivery teams aligned and efficient.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to agile engineering environments.
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience owning AI features end-to-end, including post-launch iteration and performance improvement.
  • Experience working with or operationalizing agentic or multi-agent systems in production settings.
  • Strong understanding of AI product evaluation, observability, and defining success metrics for model-driven systems.
  • Demonstrated “builder mindset,” with a strong bias toward prototyping, experimentation, and rapid validation.
  • Ability to design and execute experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to quickly adopt modern AI-assisted development tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with tools such as Aha and Jira (or equivalent) and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS environments; experience in EHS or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong focus on security, governance, and responsible AI design principles.
