This leadership role is focused on shaping and scaling advanced supply chain analytics and AI capabilities for enterprise clients across industries. You will define strategic direction, build innovative analytics offerings, and drive high-impact transformation initiatives that optimize supply chain operations and decision-making. The position combines business strategy, client advisory, data-driven innovation, and delivery leadership in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. This role also plays a critical part in growing consulting capabilities, mentoring teams, and establishing best practices across the supply chain analytics function. • Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain Analytics and AI initiatives.
• Build and expand a differentiated analytics portfolio covering areas such as Control Tower, Digital Twin, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Design, S&OP/IBP analytics, Supplier Risk, ESG analytics, and Spend Optimization.
• Own commercial outcomes for the practice, including pipeline growth, revenue targets, profitability, and solution scalability.
• Lead executive-level client engagements, workshops, and discovery sessions to define business cases and measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with data, AI, and engineering teams to architect end-to-end analytics and transformation solutions.
• Oversee proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, proof-of-concept initiatives, estimations, and solution scoping activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert throughout delivery cycles, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, playbooks, and reference architectures to improve delivery consistency and efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of consultants, solution architects, and pre-sales specialists.
• Develop strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and supply chain technology ecosystems.
• Contribute thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, industry events, and customer advisory engagements.

• Extensive experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, data strategy, or AI-driven transformation leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in supply chain domains such as forecasting, inventory optimization, network design, S&OP, procurement analytics, and supplier risk management.
• Proven experience building and scaling analytics or consulting practices with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems and modern data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience leading client-facing advisory engagements with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable analytics and AI solutions with measurable ROI.
• Expertise in pre-sales, solution architecture, proposal development, and complex deal shaping.
